Double Bass Source for a string clip jack

Anyone know where I can get a input jack that clips (suspends) between the A and D strings under the bridge?

I am working on a custom (aka homemade) pickup rig and prefer this type of jack over something that clips to the tail piece.

I need a stereo jack, which concerns me, but I know they are out there since K&K offers them. I was thinking that the clip piece may simply be a clip with a hole and you can put any jack you want into the clip.
