Source for Pots with 3PDT Push-Pull Switch

Does anybody know if there is a shop where i can buy Pots with 3PDT Push-Pull Switches??
I have heard Warwick used them a time ago but I'm not sure

You would probably be better off sticking to a normal 3PDT toggle switch as opposed to a push pull pot, as something like that would be extremely rare or a custom job. Also, Im pretty sure if they had 3PDT push pull pots, they would be too deep for most control cavities.
