Soviet Guitar - No, Comrade, No!

Hi,

I'm intrigued. I DEFINITELY want to know what every switch and knob does. Maybe 200$ want. (Not that I have it to waste)

Boris and Natasha want their guitar back.

The Soviet era spies who worked as undercover musicians would order these guitars highly modified. The upper left switch was a communicator. The first lower right switch would send out a May Day alert. The other switches would enable the video and still cameras and audio recorder. The upper button and lower button would utilize the machine gun and the flame thrower. The knobs were used for volume and tone.

It took me forever to track this down. This was from a cartoon called "The Puffy Ami Yumi Show" which was about the Japanese band Puffy Ami Yumi (band is just called "Puffy" in Japan, but P-diddy with his 800 names made them add to it to avoid confusion)

Anyway, the show usually had a very brief live action bit at the beginning and end. My daughter loved this show when she was little and this bit cracked me up when I first saw it.

That was probably way too much background info, but "step 1" is what I'm referring to.
