Spare bass parts - electronics cover

I have a 1984-1987 MIJ Fender Jazz Bass Special (PJR-65R model) and have been looking for a replacement plastic electronics cover that goes on the back for it. I've monitored eBay for a while now as well as posted a few wanted ads on here but to no luck. Anyone know of any other "spare bass parts" outlets I may have better results possibly finding one? Of course outside of trying to make a replacement myself. Just thought I'd ask, eh you never know .

I was going to suggest making one, yourself, but I suppose someone like Pickguardian can make it for you.

Thanks for the reply. I actually checked out Pickguardian's website. Although it looks like he deals mostly with creating guitar guards, I did contact them asking if this is something they could do. Awaiting response. If not I'll have to create something myself...at least for the time being until an actual replacement surfaces.

I think so long as you can give him a full size tracing of what you want, Tony can make pretty much anything out of plastic.
