speaker cab sensitivity

Lmfao
I use a lot of different heads and amp sims in the studio. As a studio bass player this is required for different types of music that I work on.

I do have and love my 1950s Allen 50 watt head. It is infact my fav amp for my own personal style but I own and have access to very high powered bass amps with super clean output. A 2000 watt rack setup that I use a lot. And a Warwick xtreme 10.1

I simply asked about Speaker sinsitivity ratings and cab sugestions from brands thatvi have local access to. The only reason is because If I have to order site unseen I would feel better going through a dealer.
This way if the cab comes in and its messed up in any way they can take care of it for me and get me set up with out me having to deal with shippimg it back and all the hassle involved in custom order that come in messed up. I have been burned before doimg this and would like to avoid it again at all costs.

Not a bad idea to ask for some proof, like actual measurements if you're going to invest is a cabinet. Ask the manufacturers for charts and actual measurements.

Unfortunately most bass cab manufacturers do not give out any information since other bass players don't seem to ask for it.

On the other end they also don't tell you max SPL either. Just how much thermal power the cab can handle.
