Speaker.Mate??????????

Well, does the 100R have enough power in this example and would you reommend getting the speaker.mate to do it?

Well, on that unit your first problem is that it does not have a speaker jack as shipped (B-100R).

One would have to be added to connect additional speakers, although Ampeg cannot recommend that idea, nor offer instructions on doing so (you know the deal, legal stuff).

As far as power being sufficient, that is really up to you, your call. If you get loud enough in your own opinion you are OK. If you are concerned about adding speakers, you may be signaling that you need something more than what you have.

With the line out, any power amp and speakers, or one-piece powered speaker can be added. That might suit you because you can add the external stuff or not depending on the job at hand.

Doesnt speaker.mate take the guess work/risk out of this? or is isnt it supposed to?
Im not too big on ohms.
