I'll do it...3015's ;)

If you want a decent low power but decent sounding cheap neo alternative -- try Peavey PR15 neos. Low FS and decent specs for a ported box, but not much xmax. On the upside they are loud and incredibly cheap.

Not real sue how to getinternal mesurments since the cab is slanted!

And yeah the realistic speakers are a bummer! I was told they were CTS wich i was ok with and also confirmed with the jack plate that said CTS. Got home took the back of and bam what a bummer!

If this is for some of your lower powered tube amps, Delta 15's will be fine. Over 100 watts, Beta's will work. Large amps, 300 watts +, Legend CB158's will work good in there. The beta and/or deltas might sound a little boomy in the lows, if it's too much for you, either make the tuning pipes longer to lower the box tuning or try sealing them. If you got the legends and some stronger power, you'll likely need to add 2 more ports to keep them from getting noisy.

I haven't modeled the Peavey's but rspands is familiar with them. Another lower cost choice for your lower power amps. They'll run out of excursion with big amps though.

Your buddy was probably right recommending Beta's. They'll get a lot of sound out of that 100 watts without spending big bucks. Look into the Peaveys mentioned while you're at it too. Don't have to worry about a big loud bottom end with your 100 watts. Rather choose something that has a better/smoother top end. You can think more tone here rather than sheer lowend horsepower.

Looks like a typical Kustom rig, what's slanted about it? If the baffle is angled up towards your ears slightly, that's fine, you'll only hear yourself better. If you want a brighter sound, more highs, some thing that coukd double as a guitar cab, consider EV 15L's. Warmer bass sound with a boomy bottom, Beta's do that. Warmer bass sound with a smooth bottom, Legends are the ticket. All three of them will work in a sealed design should you deside to plug the ports. Delta 15's will handle up to about 100 watts worth of bass too, and are probably the closest to the old CTS, Ampeg B15 speaker sound. That's what JimmyM says, who's ears I trust. He has B15 cabs with both original CTS's and Delta's.

Are you sure about the deltas? Wen to fliptops and they recommend the beta?
