Does anyone have any information on who manufactures the speakers in the Acoustic cabs and combos? I realize that they're made in China and therefore, it might be impossible to find out but I was curious.

Probably built by one of the big 3 and rebadged by Acoustic.
You can always ask them but good luck on that..... I sent a question to info@.... and support@..... 2x each and have never heard from them, Its been 19 days and counting.

There are literally hundreds of far-East driver sources. The only thing you can be sure of is that they probably aren't proprietary.
Aren't proprietary? Good...that means if I want to pop a neo speaker in there sometime down the road, then I can. Good to know.
Absolutely, as long as you know the T/S parameters of them, and are able to find Neo drivers with matching parameters.
Neither of which is particularly likely, I think...
But would it be more likely that I could find a better, non-Neo replacement speaker?

No, nor can you count on the cab and driver having been perfectly matched to begin with. All things considered better to reverse engineer the cab dimensions into WinISD to find what driver will work best in it.
Define better. Unless you know what you have and what needs to be improved, how will you know when you've found something better?
You might need more x-max, higher thermal rating, lower distorsion or better moisture resilience.
