Spectator Popcorn

We see posts occasionally where someone has prepared some popcorn for a controversial topic that promises to be "entertaining".

I always assumed this was a moderately recent thing.

Just last night, I was watching an episode of "I Dream of Jeannie" from season 2, 1966. "Marshall" Nelson was about to be in a gunfight, and Jeannie was sitting on a rooftop watching, with a bowl of popcorn.

Made me think of this place. Pretty funny.
