Happy First Friday all. Got a new addition to the Family with the Spector Timbre from Eric. Now my count is at 6, certainly can't bring them all to a gig, but a lot of fun for sure with different settings. Maybe enough for a while.
BTW the Timbre is a real cool Acoustic Electric and is a blast to play. And she has some smoking sound all her own, not even plugged in. In fact, Jimmy Eppard told me the story about how that bass came about. But anyway. Here are a few "Family Photos". Enjoy.
Left to Right,
* Korean NS2a early model, refinished, EMG Active P & J Pups, EMG BTS preamp 18 volts, frettless conversion;
* USA NS4 Custom order, Bahama Blue matte, 18 Volt Haz, EMG x series, 9 1/2" radius fretboard frettless;
* USA NS4 Quilt maple, 18 volt Haz, EMG DCs;
* USA NS4 Special Edition Wenge Neck, Wenge Frettboard, Redwood cap over black walnut, (#2 of 2 made), 18 volt Haz, EMG DCs;
* Czech early model Euro NS4, Flame maple, EMG P&J PUPs, EMG BTS Preamp at 18 volts;
And the new addition Timbre in the forefront... My babies.
