Technically yes, but the current US administration is being hostile towards trade with Canada (even private sales) that I'm told I will have to pay. It's been in Hodgkins Illinois for over 24 hours now. I assume it's with customs.

It will be great to find out about this and to see if you can avoid paying a duty.

Those a great value, IME/IMO - I've owned two of them, still have this one:

I got it back recently after having my luthier put a "monitor port" in it - looks like it came from the factory that way, and is a really useful modification...

I'll find out as I'll be using a swede shoulder strap with non-slip backing. Thanks for that neck dive info Eddie.

The suede strap may well keep the neck from lowering Michael, but that pull of gravity will probably be now transferred to your shoulder. Maybe a set of ultralite tuners?

Happy FF - This is my current favorite bass. I love the subtle beauty of the quilted tube maple with a walnut stain and high gloss finish.
NS-5XL SS Chambered Helium #402 This bass only weighs 8.3 pounds.

Happy First Friday all. Got a new addition to the Family with the Spector Timbre from Eric. Now my count is at 6, certainly can't bring them all to a gig, but a lot of fun for sure with different settings. Maybe enough for a while.

BTW the Timbre is a real cool Acoustic Electric and is a blast to play. And she has some smoking sound all her own, not even plugged in. In fact, Jimmy Eppard told me the story about how that bass came about. But anyway. Here are a few "Family Photos". Enjoy.

Here's the bass I bought at the first Spector Hang. I saw this on the wall of the Guitar House and fell in love!
NS-2 #818 This bass sports a chrome Helium bridge and Ultra Lite tuners which I added after I got it (it came with standard gold hardware). It's in a J/J config with EMG JVX pickups.
