Edit: nvm. I see now. His main post wasn't about RSTs but he did mention those had shipped, later in the post.

Look at all this nice wire that will be turned into bass and guitar strings. I think the silver they use for rich people's violins? Not sure lol. We do a ton of silver plated copper and eo Mari (LaBella/ R Cocoa) , Martin and D'Addario buy some pure silver, sterling silver...

Actually that's only a tiny bit. In the peak season (January till August) we ship close to 80,000 pounds of wire a month. I spend my days at that computer shipping this wire for the last 5 years so everyone here can play and record with fresh strings. I called in today so shhhh. Lol. I included a few of our customers label addresses so if you use their strings you know where they come from.

This is the lube tank that has lines underground and gets circulated to 14 different draw machines so we get the best possible wire on the marked today. We have to get a 18 wheeler truck in here a couple times a year to drain it and everyone hates this time of year when we have to get inside and clean it out! Nasty. Trying to get Ish guitars to come out and do a video of how the wire is made. That's not me in that picture but kinda cool he is another bass player. It's cool bass players make our strings lol

Goes all over the world. D'Addario is the largest string manufacture I know of though. Just sent some samples to Ernie Ball so that's pretty cool

Can't really read this from 2012 on our company. Here's a couple acoustics Martin gave us and they just hang on the wall. We get 50% off any Martin guitars and the owners don't play any instruments and don't want to bug the customers.. if I played acoustic I would have a nice one though....
I think people were sitting at home playing instruments during covid. Last year in September D'Addario told my boss they beat there monthly sales record..... $30,000,000 million dollars more than their best monthly record! Everything else may be hurting but nothing stops music
I picked up a few sets of my favorite Daddario strings last year.
