Good to see a few of the Spector brothers at the Seattle GTG. My ears are just now returning to normal. I also got my SVP-Pro back from the tech at the GTG and it's awesome. It's now dead quiet.:hyper: and the EQ works with no noise as well.....So I should be able to get a pick channel & finger channel so to speak. (I love the sound of my NS2A with a pick BTW)
I've been working swing shift lately so I'm not around much as it just totally screws my life schedule up. Hope all is well in Spectorville, looks like some very sweet basses have been landing lately, congrates to all who have received one!

Thanks :) I don't see that in my future, but stranger things have happened. It's gonna be a real gas for you guys who post back and forth to have a face to face (Spector to Spector.)

I loved the sound of your bass with a pick as well :bassist: What Orange pedal did you have that running through? It really made my socks roll up and down :bassist:

Yeah...it will be great to meet the guys and make new friends...plus...getting to see all of the Spector basses with the different options will be very cool!

Huh...that's totally the opposite than what I'd thought. I like the looks of the Quan bridge more than the standard Spector bridge. It must be that old school look that's so appealing.

LOL - no user serviceable parts inside.

There's your "out"! :D

You could maybe swap out one for a PCB mounted speakon if the the pins are in the right places or drill a new hole to accommodate one and wire it up.

Does anyone have a link to the proper Gotha tuners I need for the bass pictured below? Everything I’m finding has the larger posts that are on the treble side. Thanks

Yeah, that's what I'd do. Just change them all with a fresh set. The last time I bought gotohs was for a 5 string modulus. They came with the larger posts. They fit and work fine. I'm pretty sure the holes are the same. With that bass, I'd replace with the smaller poles, because that's what Spector uses (thats whats on my forte). I think allparts.com gives you the option to choose which one you want.

You might email Spector at [email protected] to find what your needing, I'm sure they will have the proper part number for you.
