That wire is for power from the battery on active EMG's. Go to the EMG website and look at any wiring diagram for their active pups. It will show you that these wires (The 2 pickup red wires and the usually red wire from the pre to the battery) will be all soldered together at the same point for power from the battery.
Thank's, yes I have see that but the red wire of the battery is connect to the red of the tone pump and I don't know how I can include the 2 red wire of the pickups at this circuit and that's why if I can to have a pic of a euro LX5-TW it's the best for I can to see that you know?
I love the song. The old NS5CRFM sounds good too. The new LX is obviously gorgeous. Congrats. I really liked the layered wet tracks on the tapping part. One piece of constructive criticism is that the overall bass recording could have been louder and compressed a bit so that the parts were more even (finger picking compared to slapping and tapping). Just my humble opinion). Overall, very nice tone and playing.
I'm $120 in the hole with my father so I can't afford a Flip Ultra yet. When I get it though, I'm going to have a headstock mount and record every video with headstock and desk mounts in HD with proper lighting (unlike most of my videos.)

Yes, the two red pickup wires must be spliced into that connection. You could snip the Tone Pump battery wire in the middle somewhere, then either twist the 4 exposed ends together (the two ends from the pups and each end of the snipped wire from the pre and the battery) and twist on a wire connection cap or solder them together and wrap with a small piece of electical tape. It's an easy fix.

It would be more sentimental value than anything.
The 6 string covers my extended range needs already.

Wow, that is a very clean wiring job. Nicely done. Audere's do sound really good IME. I've only ever had a 3-band though. Is it a Z mode or a Classic model preamp?

It's the Classic 4band. I get alotta use on them low mids, can easily get close to the P and jazz sounds too, I was surprised...
Had it wired up and done in less than 5 minutes, once my soldering gun heated up.
Because the pots are extremely low profile and the batteries sit lower, I'm thinking about countersinking the cavity cover....

Very nice. I have a 4-band Z in my Thumb NT fiver and it's pretty friggin' sweet indeed.
That always struck me funny about Spectors.
My (supposedly) cheap Legend has the cover countersunk AND threaded metal inserts.
Not my US or Czechs.
