Spector Legend 4 Custom Question

So I recently purchased a Spector Legend 4 Custom, and I really love it. I bought it online (at musiciansfriend), and got it in black cherry with gold hardware. Looking at the Spector site, now, I notice that they say the customs only come in Slate Grey, Amberburst, and Bubinga. While the Classic comes in black cherry, but with black hardware. At first I thought the Spector site would be wrong, but that just seems unlikely.

Anyone have any insight?

Sounds to me like you got one of the leftover (discontinued finish) models that MF still had in stock. Now you can tell everyone you have a "collector's item"!
