Spector REX question...

Does anybody here know if the EMG HZ pickups used in the Spector Rex bass are the same ones they put in the old NS2000s from a few years back?

I bitterly regret selling that bass and as far as I can tell the Rex is identical in all but body shape.

Can anybody enlighten me?

I've got the exposed pole HZs in my ESP, and every pickup in the series sounds pretty similar to me.

I believe they are the same, but don't quote me on that. The best thing to do is email PJ Rubal([email protected]) and ask him. He's a great guy and will answer your question.
