Splitting Clean/Dirty Signals

Hey guys! I have a question regarding splitting my signal after my tuner and sending one signal to a clean DI and have my effects to a separate DI. I've used a sansamp to accomplish this and a Y splitter pedal as well but I'm experiencing phasing issues. Any suggestions?

I much prefer the sound of crossover high low split, highs effected and blended back with the clean lows. Phase is restored with extra channel of phase controlling blender in series with the low pass.

You could similarly put a footswitching blender in series with one channel and looped with a cable. Set fully wet and phase switched. In bypass it does nothing but when on it corrects.

This ignores effects which change phase in odd fractions of 180°.
