Spokane, WA Bass Teachers

Hey everybody!

I've been taking lessons with Barry Starkey at Marks Guitar Shop for about a year and a half now and I think I've learned about all I can from him. He's mostly a guitarist so I don't get much other than theory... That leads me to my question; does anyone else in the area know of a great bass teacher? I'm looking for more training in grooves and technique more than theory, but I'm still a baby in theory as well..

Well this reply is a bit late (by 4 years, you prob teach now) but here are some names of bass teachers in the Kan as of Aug 2012.

Jake Barr (learn2burn)/Andy Bruno(spokane musicians institute)/Ryan McClelland (spokanebasslesson)/Dave Turner/Dave Calhoune...there are more. =)
