Squier Active Jazz Bass

Ok, so here's the deal; I got a Squier Deluxe Active 5-String Jazz bass a few years ago and honestly I love the neck on it but the pickups started acting funny. My first thought was to change the battery, didn't work. Its been on the fritz for a while and for the most part, I didn't end up using the B-string as much as I had thought I would. So I ended up buying a used Mex. P-bass. However, I'd still like to have the 5-string up and running just in case. Are there any decent replacement PASSIVE 5-string jazz pickups that would fit with it? And would I have to replace the pots to go with them?

Correct me if I'm wrong but these bases use 4 string pickups? You'll have to find something with a bar like magnet. But since you're looking for passive, emg would be out of the question.

nvm, i checked, they use 5-string pickups

I've seen in a few threads that DiMarzio Ultra Jazz PU's would be a direct fit.
