Squier Affinity PJ Basses: Indonesia vs China. Opinions?

Hello guys! I need a back-up bass and I can't decide about country of origin.
I want Olympic White.
I saw that in the market exist in parallel two variants: Indonesia and China (for example, at Thomann they have chinese and at Music Store they have indonesian).
The shape of the headstocks are different.
The indonesian variant seems to be very similar to Fender.
I don't know about the quality of them. Please help me with your opinions and experiences with these basses.

I have the same question, i was looking at the Classic Vibes Series, P51, Mustang...

Is Indonesia Squier's better than China Squier's ?

I have own a Sire P7 made in Indonesia and the craftmanship was flawless

There's a long discussion about it, but i was looking for a short answer

With basses in this price range, it's a dice roll either way. Consider finding a used one instead. Likely higher quality, and more likely the bugs will have shown.
