First let me say I am a guitar player, not a bass player and I don't own a bass so I am not overly familiar with the instrument. I am building a partscaster bass for my brother for xmas and I am starting with a squier body. If I wanted to add hardware like a bridge cover or pickup cover, can a squier body accept these parts/hardware or is the spacing/sizing wrong for a squier body and they won't work?
