Squier bass question

Hey, all, hope everyone is doing well. I have a question I was hoping I might find an answer to here. A couple of weeks ago I was perusing things on Facebook Marketplace and I came across an ad for someone selling a Squier Affinity Precision Bass and 4 sets of different D’Addario bass strings…for $80. I jumped on it, but couldn’t get out all the way across Houston until the next weekend. I offered an extra $20 if he’d wait for me that weekend. He agreed. I went out that with my son and picked up. I was wondering if it was in bad shape or not. When I found it it was strung lefty and the strings were about 1/2” off the fretboard. I got it home and stripped off all the stickers and removed all the goo. I cleaned it all up and physically moved the neck back and adjusted the truss rod and left it alone for a few hours to settle a bit. I restrung it with a set of D’Addario Tapewound Flats that I got with the bass. I rechecked the neck and gave it a few more minor adjustments. I then went to check on the bridge and plugged in to check intonation and got no signal. My son opened it up and found the ground wire had broken the solder joint. He resoldered it and she came to life. I got the action and intonation reset and she’s playing fantastically, all things considered. All the adjustments have settled in and the action on it is so low it almost plays itself with very little effort. Intonation is great. It’s like I bought $140 worth of strings for $100 and got the bass for free. My question is does this bass take a standard Precision Bass pickguard? It’s a P/J setup with a third pot mounted on the pickguard and the jack mounted on the edge of the bass. I’d like to get rid of the black pickguard and replace it with a black pearloid one. Here are a couple of pictures before and after of this find…
