Squier Classic Vibe Precision Neck?

Hi there,

I'm hoping to go try out one of these in a local store soon, but before I do I was wondering how you think the neck compares to that of s Jazz, or similar?

I'm talking about the 50's version rather than the 60's. Mainly wondering how chunky it feels.

Other opinions on the instrument as a whole would be appreciated (but not necessary) too.

Thanks, Anthony.

The "50's" CV Precision has what is called a "C" neck - it had a bit more depth front to back than , lets say - a "60's" CV Precision. In a perfect world, I would prefer it to be like the 60's. I still want one in Butterscotch Blond - waiting to find one with good wood pattern. I may even change the neck ! Then I will have exactly what I want ! But, the stock neck feels good - I am just picky !!
