Sorry no help here, I snagged Dakota Red (matte finish) it should get pulled apart and “reconfigured” fairly quickly.
I’ll follow up with stock review though.
I bought a debut strat last week. After changing the strings I was very pleasantly surprised by the playability and build quality. Can recommend.
That's the Affinity series J-Bass for $279, not the Debut Series. I haven't seen a Debut J-Bass anywhere yet.

Well it’s here, first impression…it is very good for the money, no sharp frets, the set-up/action is playable right out of the box, I think the color is just gorgeous…
Frets themselves are surprisingly good.

I just bought a new Sonic Bronco cheap, and the build quality is much better than previous models. I’d like to look into one of these P-bases. Did they sell out? I can’t find a listing on Amazon. (Edit: never mind I found them in a link in the other thread. Funny that it didn’t come up when I searched for it.)
