Squier Debut Series...$126!

I don't think it will be 1.65" at nut, but rather 1.5" (Jazz Bass style) or 1.57" at best, but not 1.65".
For the body on the description it says ... literally ... "wood". NICE DESCRIPTION.

Well, see, that's good to know. I'll sleep better knowing the body is composed of wood, and not, say, recycled pizza boxes or powdered condensed milk.

Fender Squier Debut Series! P-Bass, Strat & Tele available, so far. All in Black, Dakota Red or 2-Color Sunburst, so far. Mostly just on Amazon in the U.S., so far.

Well it’s here, first impression…it is very good for the money, no sharp frets, the set-up/action is playable right out of the box, I think the color is just gorgeous…
Frets themselves are surprisingly good.

I may as well do a new bass day thread
as it’s an entirely new Squier model. I’ll
post a link here as well for the NBD and it’ll have several more pictures to check.

I just bought a new Sonic Bronco cheap, and the build quality is much better than previous models. I’d like to look into one of these P-bases. Did they sell out? I can’t find a listing on Amazon. (Edit: never mind I found them in a link in the other thread. Funny that it didn’t come up when I searched for it.)
