Just got this in a trade and don't know much about it. Indonesia, sn ICS1500xxxx.
Controls seem to be VV bass and treble, boost only? Neck is nice, frets good, truss works smoothly.
Is this a desirable Squier? Sounds pretty good even with these dead tape wounds on it. Thanks in advance.

That's the Squier VM Vintage Modified Jaguar. I used to own the 4 string version. Not a bad bass for under $200, wasn't aware it was discontinued, now it seems like only the Squier CV Jaguar is available.

  • Basswood body on 3-Tone Sunburst and Crimson Red models
