Basically play it. The flats are a bonus, but I personally would rather see/hear them on a P.
I didn't care for the CV P since I thought the frets were too short and small - but then went and bought the VM-J and it has the same fret sizes - so I dunnow - but I'm happy with it and never noticed the small frets 'till I got it out at a jam.
Give it many coats of a good automotive wax that has NO cleaner agents in it - and make sure it says: "Carnauba" on the label, not 'Carnuba". There's a big difference!
