Squire Affinity Jazz V

Hi all, This is my 2nd post so please be gentle. I went to GC in springfeild,nj today and to my surprise I played a black squire affinity jazz 5 . Great bass, setup was perfect, tones were unbelievable and powerful. It was 9 oclock n they were closing so i put the bass on hold and will pick it up tomorrow. Now i've heard some people trash the Squire name, i read n read but today i decided to see for myself what all the talk is all about. Well i found out. The squire i played today makes me wonder if i should sell some of my higher-end basses(keep MM, Spector) and be done. This squire was perfect wish they made these basses 15 years ago maybe they did but i didnt know about them and thats my fault. I wanna thank all the TBers who make all the post because now i've been made aware of them and i am very grateful to you guys. So in closing keep up the good work and all the debates about different basses.

Unless you need to let some higher end stuff go for financial reasons, it makes no sense to let more expensive basses go because you have bought an Affinity Jazz V. The Affinity is a really nice bass, but it is a step or two below more expensive basses.
