Squirrel Melee

Stupid tree rats.

I'm thinking I should wait until nightfall and spray paint them in their sleep. The problem is predictability. I've been living in tha house for 6 years and only witnessed this spectacle 3 times. Knowing when to tag the vermin will be key to the betting.

Has it happened every 2 years? Or just 3 times sporadically during a 6 year span? Maybe marking the dates that they occur on your calendars when it happens and looking for commonalities will reveal something. Or read a book on squirrel behavior.:eyebrow:

I wonder if it's animal cruelty to take bets on said squirrel fights:confused:

Sporadically, but I'm also not sure I haven't missed others. I did some research, but maybe not enough. I think I might need to set up a squirrel blind in my yard so I can observe their behavior. I'll slowly start "hanging around" with them and become the Jane Goodall of Squirrels.

It'll be difficult, living the squirrel life. Digging holes in people's yards looking for food that isn't there, living in a pile of leaves and watching your friends run into oncoming traffic. But when Squirrel Mosh Pit Day comes again....bet on the 6'3'' dude with a squirrel suit.

Instead of pics of a squirrel beat-down, we get bushy-tailed pr0n.

That's what we get from the squirrels around here. I was walking out to my car yesterday when I saw two of them running across our fence, and the one in front kept stopping every couple steps, which would cause the one in back to plow face first into the one in front's, well, I'm sure you get the picture. Never knew squirrels enjoyed a tossed salad until now.
