SRV's bassman

ok it has been documented that Stevie Ray Vaughn tuned flat ala Jimmie Hendrix (at least on `number one'/i know he had other strats),but i've saved several vids for the bassman's work:bassist:,,,,,so my question is=if SRV is tuned flat then his bassman is tuned???(drumroll here)>>>

pal and i got into a discussion about drop tuning so there's a cold winter ale involved in this,i say he also used a drop tune of some sort, pal plays everything Standard and preaches~ standard~ all day long every day

hey that's a bonus!(never new who his bassman was),itz all about the blues around here,or at least MOST guys over 50 play blues/`classic' rock,,boy! lots of room there=`classic rock'

anyway thanxs for the beer!:D

i been focusing on pick playing`new rock' recently but i wake up to Humble Pie/Steve Ridley,,,it's all good!:bassist:

a full step down?,,,i'm tuning and practising with chromes currently in that tuning but i'm thinking about tuning back up,,guy i jammed with saturday night never said anything about my tuning(we used to argue about`tuning' he's `S" all the way!!!!guess i fixed him:p),but he mostly played harp and i just laid back and tried to back him

yeah it's all about the blues baby!;) Tommy Shannon kicks a~~!:D
