I'm the type that loves steak marinaded for a day or so, I've come to appreciate medium rare tho...I used to be "well done or none", but now I like it really seared on the outside, and just this side of med-well.

I like alot of spice rub or whatever to compliment the natural flavors.

Canadian beef is about 1000 times better than American beef. Try some beef that comes out of Ontario. Stuff is simply amazing. Alberta beef is good too, just not up to the level of Ontario beef.

Yes I can. They are typically fed much differently, thus resulting in different tastes. Grain fed vs grazed, there is a taste difference.

Throw on steak. Flip at 30 seconds, remove at one minute.

That would be great. I have always wanted to try a blue flamed steak, but haven't worked up the nerve for it yet.
