Stefan is using Ampeg cabinets on stage this year, with the Modulus Flea 4 and 5 strings and a Modulus Quantum 5 fretless (lined). He's using an SVT-CL through (likely) an 8x10 on TV appearances, though I'm not sure if he's using that head on tour.
I think he might have been using some sort of Ampeg rig on Busted Stuff. The bass sounds a lot warmer and thicker on there than it does on Everyday and the Lillywhite Sessions (where I believe he recorded with an SM-900. Plus he's using an Ampeg Portaflex in the video for Where Are You Going (which was not co-written by Ballard, or Ballard would have received a writing credit like he did for every song on Everyday).
Ballard is the keyboard player on Everyday. Butch Taylor (touring keyboardist) is much better, definitely much more tasteful.
