Greetings All,
Just wanted to share some historical photos of a rare Sterling Atlas EB-0 EB-3 "Made in Japan" bass I bought of Goodwill's auction site.
Has the 2 EB-3 pickups but is a short scale.
Only the neck pickup works, missing an E String, bridge looks like it is missing the bar to hold the strings and has a piece of wood as a replacement. Some damage at the top of the fretboard where it meets the neck...not too bad. Beautiful amber brown neck wood. Fretboard looks flat and frets are still in good condition. Sounds OK with the 3 strings.
Appears to have the original label on the headstock with Serial (19923) and Model Number (SB-203).
