Steve Kmak, what happened to him?

now im not saying i was attached to the guys but does anyone know why he was really booted form disturbed.

i see alot of bass players getting shuffled out of guitar bands with nothing but professional differences as the explanation.

even frankie poulaine (darkness) was booted for "professional differences" and the band went on with their friggin guitar tech as the bassist, but the singer justin quits cause hes a junkie and the band has to totally reform themselves.

no one knows?

i think im actually more curious about poulaine, the darkness was one of my favorite bands......... and i thought that frankie was a cool looking guy with his handle bar mustache

The band says Kmak left for "personal reasons," not professional differences. There's only one account of what Kmak had to say that I've seen. Google his name and you'll find it.

All but a scant few bass players are very, very replaceable. Vocalists? Not so much. I think what people remember most about The Darkness is the singer's silly falsetto.

yeah i said professional but i should have said personal. but it is my thought that if you were in a popular band like the darkness and disturbed there would be little differences. i have tried googling these musicians but find very little information, its like there is a contract gag order on them.

i just wish i could have more light on the topic. cause even creed booted brian marshall and the band trucked on but when they broke away from scott and became alter bridge i hear no one talk about them any more (even though solos scott is a joke as well).

basically i am just wondering if a band member gets tossed why do we hear little about it opposed to "personal or professional differences", i want to know the differences.

Fuzz was asked through a message on MySpace why he got kicked out of the band and replied with - "Its very simple. Dave (Draiman) treated everybody like ****. He treated his Daily bimbo better than he treated me. And friction grew. He wanted me out. Its that simple.":bawl: Vocalists of Draimans caliber are almost always difficult, so what? the guy shoulda sucked it up and learned a thing or two.
