Double Bass still liking the DYN-B

Ok, that explains the difference but I'm still confused in regards to the mechanics.

The TRS cable I have would obviously use the double inputs into the in and out of the Presonus.

That leaves the 1/4" end. Where exactly would that plug into? There is an effects send and an effects return on the amp.

Sorry, i miss that detail
To connect the Presonus to the Markbass via Effects Send /Return you will have to use 2 standard instrument cables.
1 - Effects send to Presonus Input
2 - Presonus Output to Effects Return
Smaller cables = less loss in terms of sound quality
