APB/still missing:
Stolen Conklin USA Custom Sidewinder fretless 5 string.
This bass was stolen from me over two decades ago. It is a one of a kind handmade for me by the late Bill Conklin. In addition to the beautiful quilt top, this bass has a number of distinctive features. It also has a small wormhole in the back.
Surely, someone has seen this bass in the last 20+ years and knows where it is. I have been able to track it to it being sold on eBay many years ago but the seller had no information as to the buyer. Please let me know if you have ANY information regarding the whereabouts of this bass. I just want it back.
The description of it appeared in the "Police Blotter" section of Bass Player Magazine 6/06
Please lmk if you have seen this bass. TIA!
