Stolen MusicMan Bongo

my name is Dan Bogosian. I am a music theory student at Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Today I got home from class to notice that my laptop and bass guitar were stolen from my home.

The laptop was an HP Pavilion dv6.

The bass was a 2003 MusicMan Bongo HH 4-string in desert gold. Quite literally, it was once bovinehost's. I bought it from him years and years ago here on talkbass for quite a good deal (especially for a kid who was just a senior in high school at the time.)

For this reason, if you want to see what it looks like, it was quite literally this one:

I have other pictures of the bass with myself. I feel like they may be unnecessary, since I doubt anyone finds it or my laptop. A police report has been filed and they are searching the local pawnshops.

But it was worth a shot in posting. My condolences to anyone else whose gear has ever been stolen. Few other things feel worse.

If anyone has any real information, please post and I'll PM you my phone number. My PM box is full as I used to be a paying member but cannot real afford it anymore :(.

Dan, I'm out at District Chorus this week, but you may want to contact Music City up in Vestal, NY, it's only a bit over an hour from Scranton. I'm halfway in between Scranton and Vestal, but there's no way I'll be able to get up there. I'll put the word out to my colleagues at Districts as well, some of them gig quite a bit, and they may see it.
