Stoner/DOOM Bassists Part 83: WHAT YEAR IS IT?

Well there is a a bunch of Naval bases and shipyards not to far away from me In Hampton/Norfolk/VA Beach so sure there are lots of Sea Whores turning tricks close by!

The salt water keeps the herpes sores from getting inflamed and the barnacles can feed on the run off among her kelp thicket. Symbiosis = wonder of nature people

My dirt pedals sound like ass at apartment volumes, the goodness needs a bit of volume, what's a good low volume dirt. That doesn't just sound like squelches.

Low volume + dirt?

TFR, real or clone?

Just guessin...Wren & Cuff Tall Font Russian? The Pickle Pie B is just the bass specific version of that pedal and it's one of the most flexible and usable bass fuzzes I've ever used. Fuzz tastes are really subjective though.

Yea... I might get another bad monkey or stay clean. Currently I turn my bass up 100%, the pedals volume down and for the fabtone over the top gain starts at 0% and so it's incredible, the daddy-I lacks low end all across the board at low volume, but I have it's bass and mids maxed and treble zero. The amp is 15 watts, 1/4 volume tone stack set flat.

Loud volumes even in this little amp theyre good, but quiet they be poop.

Yeah, I was thinking the W&C TFR clone, but I was only thinking that because it's a well-regarded clone and I have a real Sovtek one that sounds okay at low volumes. Honestly, if I ever need to play quietly for some reason, I just run through a fake amp in Garage Band and use my headphones.
