Strange MTD...

So, I met the nephew of Michael Tobias the other day at a concert that he was playing in my town, and he had a sweet MTD that Tobias made for him almost ten years ago, and I have no clue what kind it was!

It was a short scale with a soapbar in the neck position and a jazz in the bridge position.

Super classy bass, super awesome guy to hang out with.

Has anyone seen one of these basses before?

Nope. Considering who the player was it could very well be a one off.

Mike did quite a few with custom options earlier on it seems....34" scale Lynn Kellers 32"? scale basses, I have seen a single cut bolt on mtd in vegas as well..
