Strap pads

I'm looking for a shoulder pad to go on an existing 2" wide strap. I've tried the Planet Waves Squid, but it doesn't fit. I don't need a whole strap, just the pad. Thoughts?

You could use foam with a sock or something over it like Steve Harris has on his strap...
