Strap Pins

huh? and huh?

is it that the strap is too fat for the two halves of the dunlop locking part to close over it?

sometimes you can hammer the strap flatter so it will just fit through; you might also need to squeeze the two parts together with padded pliers or something, just long enough to get that c-clip snapped in.

or you could do it the half-assed way, by just putting the strap directly on the buttons, then snapping the lock part on over top of it. it'll rattle, but at least the strap won't fall off (until you misplace the lock parts, anyway).
