String gauge for A# C# G# C# F#

Hey guys, I just started playing with a bunch of new dudes and they tune to drop C#. I don’t normally play drop tunings so this is pretty new to me. I decided to tune my bass to A#, C#, G#, C#, F#. I definitely want to be able to go lower so A# for the 5th string made sense. However I have a 34” bass and A# and C# do not feel tight enough. What kind of string gauge should I use for a tuning like this? I would like a good attach and get rid of wobbliness. Thanks for your insights.

Using the Stringjoy Tension Calculator, here's how the gauges would work out for 40 lbs. on each string...

You can use this as a general guide to come up with your own ideas for gauges.

Curious about what you are retuning from to arrive at what you are tuning to. Were you BEADG originally? As it stands if you are going with the tuning you mention, you have a minor 3rd between the bottom and next string and then a P5 between that string and the next and fourths from then on. Is that for a reason?
