@martinc: If you use a Mac with OS X, simple print the File from the browser into a PDF. If you use a Windows-PC there is a free version of PDF-XChange Lite 2012 available, so you can print into a PDF with Windows.
BTW, there might be a few values (tension in Kg) missing for the Presto light nylon tape, because the end has been cut.
Maybe you can put the file(s) on a cloud service and drop the link here. Some of us (including me) can then convert to PDF, put the file on a cloud service too and publish the link here again.
It would be nice if you have the 110 cm page too.
I still have the last page with the string tension calculation and the table of musical note frequencies. Not very helpful, but one more piece of the puzzle.
