Looks to me like those EUBs come with the Fishman BP-100 as standard, from the pictures and what I can make out of the discription. That is a very "stringy" sounding pickup. Not much body or wood being picked up.
Might be worth trying a bridge-wing type pickup if the bridge design allows, that will help add more "wood" into the sound - along with the other suggestions.
