Strings for 36 Scale basses / Carl Thompson

Maybe this thread already exists ! I just want to know what kind /brand of strings will fit this 36'' scale basses ! Does anyone can help me ?

Yes they will fit 36 scale basses, but besides 36" scale my Carl Thompson is strings through body ! So I need some string longer or equal 39" ! Thomastik, Rotosound and DR extra long scale strings that will fit it ! Daddario is 38" ! I just made a research !

You'd think that Carl would throw in an extra set since it was the most expensive bass he ever made.

Call him and ask. You are a return customer, not some bozo who wants to see if the $900 he saved is enough to get a bass started for him.

Piramyd strings, super long scale...I get a Ct 36 scale...they are perfect, great tone also...

Bass42, my strings may fit. Pm me the distance from the front of the ball end to where the nut is and distance to the tuner post on each string.
