strings for an ATK?

Hi, i did a search but I couldn't found an answer.

i recently replaced my strings on My Ibanez ATK. I put on some D'addario exl 165 (.045 - .105) on it. Problem is, I like stringing my strings through the body, and I ound that my E string is a bit short. The rounds starts to be thinner at out 1,5 cm (half an inch?) from the nut. I have made a temporary solution now, but I'll need now strings quickly. Since I'd like to avoid another misbuy, I was wondering wich strings you other ATK owners use. I prefer stringing through the body, and medium gauge strings. Roundwounds.

Ive used Elites with no problem.

But these days ive got a set of sadowsky flats on mine.

Both sets fit fine.

I use rotosound flats (Steve Harris signatures) with no problem through the body.
From the factory it had Elixirs and sounded nice.
