Strings for Roscoe 5's & 6's

Hey Greg, I'm just curious, have you had any problems getting SIT strings recently? My cousin has a small repair shop that carries SIT. He's called them several times on my behalf trying to order the XL Nickel Rock Brights (RB545125XL), and some other standard sets, but the orders never get filled. I noticed that you don't have SIT listed on your website so I thought I'd ask if you've experienced the same.
I've not had any problems with them. I believe the XL's are wound to order, so that can take some time. If I don't receive an order within 2-3 weeks, I just call my SIT guy and bug him again. That usually shakes them loose pretty quickly.
^^ Oh, and I should have added: let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I'd be happy to order sets some for you.
Ok, thanks for the info. I pass through your neck of the woods from time to time, I'll try to swing by next time. ...or not... I've been GAS'n hard for a fretless Roscoe, so maybe I'd better steer clear.
Loving the 45-125 Hi Beams on my Roscoe Signature. GREAT balance for those mid present Bart pickups. Really nice!
The Roscoe's don't need a lot of help with a big B string tone or tension. Nice to use a 'balanced' B string (i.e., the .20 increase like the other strings) that isn't a tree trunk, while still having nice tension and a full, big tone with no flop. Very nice matchup!
