I have a ibanez btb675m, it has a 35 inch scale, so I was wondering what string set I should get to play in standard as well as drop g, I'm assuming .135 on the B, but I don't know what sets will work with a 35" scale

You'll have a hard time finding a string set that will work in both tunings. They'll either be too loose in Drop G or too tight for B.

Unless you don't mind having regular tension for standard and loose strings in drop g
A .150 will just work, extra light at G and medium heavy at B.

The optimum set for switching between BEADG and GDGCF is the one that has balanced tension in the theoretical average tuning of A Eb Ab Db Gb, using the CKS tension chart .150 .102 .076 .057 .043, or in other brands .150 .105 .080 .060 .045.
However yes the lowest string will work better if you only retune it by a tone not 2 tones, consider A standard or drop A as one of your tunings.
