strings for vintage gibson EB-0

Gibson's own reentering the string market is also to be considered. Some say their flats (available in both short and long scale) are just rebranded Chromes: even if it's true, they have a shortie 45-100 and a 40-95 set out, the latter of which D'Addario hasn't.

I'd suggest the same. Similar profile to Chromes and Fender flats. I've heard the Gibson flats may even be a touch brighter.

My wild assumption is that Gibson had these designed to make the most out of those old EB-0 mudbuckers. I'd love to hear the results!
