I am about to change the strings on my SR300E (Jet Stream Green Matt). I have seen thar Bass strings come in long and short, I know that it relates to the strings length but how do you know which your bass is?
Sorry for the dumb question but this is my first bass.

Your bass is a standard 34"-scale, so it takes "long scale" strings. Or, any strings between 36.5" and 37.5" in "winding length" (from ball end to silk/taper).
