Hello everyone,

I am wondering if anyone can give some advice for the M* bowing instruction in Hal Robinson's Strokin'? In the text it states this marking means to first play in the middle, then frog, then tip of the bow. My question is, does this mean by measure or by individual note?

It means to play the entire two octave scale up and down, to completion, in the middle of the bow. Then do the whole thing again at the frog, and finally at the tip.
