Struggling with live setup

I don't have anything ground-breaking to add, but... I've found that a pair of quality neo-loaded 112 cabs or 210 cabs can handle almost any situation - be sure to check sensitivities on them if you need to produce volume.

the kemper+ speaker idea is also a good one.

However, the root of this problem is the lack of PA support. I've played small clubs without PA and it was liveable, but I'd never do that for a festival. I want our band to give a quality performance, and that means we've made sure to have all the equipment we need for ourselves, and know how to setup and use it. Any decent venue should have FoH capable of mixing in your bass. Makes me wonder what they do for kick drum, just let that die in the air too?

fix the PA issue and you'll be fine with those Elf's for stage volume I'd think.

I fell the other morning and broke a toe so I’ve been out of the loop last 24-48.

At the gig I used a nx3000 with some rack eq and compressors. I used my old ART MP1 and sans amp to push the amp amps front end, which I don’t think I did hard enough. It was still inifinitely clearer than my bass ever was with the BQ500.

In terms of building my own cab, (doubt at this point I will but hey...).... what about the Genz Benz Faital 12” OEMs Avatar sells? Is there a good cab already available for them? Or a good plan already laid out for them?
